Objectives –
As in many years, to have fun is the main theme of all my riding. Racing means pushing the “fun” a little farther back in my mind, but if at any time riding begins to be a chore, I think you may have just gotten a little too serious.
Presently living in Italy and not speaking much of the language has made advocacy a little difficult for me. In spite of not being involved in any official organization I believe that the best thing I do is try to insure that any and all people I ride, race or just hang out with leave with a better impression of Americans in general.

Eight 24 hour races I have committed to the first three, barring unforeseen injury I will do all eight

Highlights 2007 (Bad Year as I still was dealing with hand pain) -
Shlaflos im Sattel-finished and had a excellent time
Single Speed Italy Championship-8th and ate way too much food
Rampiliedro-who knows? I was put in the everyman category and received no place. Only Single Speed to ever finish
Wasgau Marathon 100k only Single Speed at that distance
200k and 300k Brevets in Germany
2006
Injured hand in accident in April and not able to really ride until August
Schlaflos in Sattel. Had fun in the pouring rain
Rode several other races but none of note or importance
Older highlights –
4 times Cascade Creampuff finisher. Once geared, the rest SS 2002-2005
3 times 24 hours of Spokane finisher 2002-2004
2 times finisher of Gorge Games 24 hour, raced once solo once team 2001-2002
6th place overall 2003 Emerald Cup SS. I also raced most Master B races for fun after the SS race was over
3rd Place SS German official Marathon Kellerwald Marathon 2005
From there it gets a bit fuzzy but at least two full Brevet Series, many other 200 300 (I really dislike this distance) 400 and 600k brevets since 1999
